Data Deletion

1. If you are a SeedAPI client (a business using our platform)

Email app@wetechnolabs.com from your registered email address with:

• Subject: “Data Deletion Request”
• Your business name and registered phone number
• The email / phone associated with your SeedAPI account

What happens next

• We verify your identity and confirm receipt within 48 hours
• We delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email
• Deletion removes your SeedAPI access. Your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and phone numbers remain owned by you with Meta; you can disconnect them from SeedAPI before or after deletion.

2. If you are an end customer who received WhatsApp messages from a business using SeedAPI

SeedAPI processes WhatsApp message data on behalf of the business you communicated with. That business is the controller of your data.

• Please contact that business directly to request deletion of your messages and personal data.
• If you cannot reach them, email app@wetechnolabs.com with the business name and your phone number, and we will forward your request to the business and assist them in honoring it.

3. If you contacted WeTechnolabs through our website

Email app@wetechnolabs.com with subject “Data Deletion Request” from the same email you used to contact us. We will delete your inquiry records and contact details within 30 days.

4. What we delete

• Account and profile details
• Onboarding and WABA connection records (WABA ID, phone number ID mappings)
• Stored message content, message metadata, and media files
• Support communications and project files
• Analytics data tied to you or your account

5. What we retain

• Billing, invoicing, and tax records as required under Indian law (typically 8 years)
• Records needed to establish or defend legal claims
• Data already deleted from our live systems may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 additional days before automatic expiry

6. Meta / Facebook data

If you connected your Meta account or WABA to SeedAPI and wish to remove the connection itself:

• Go to your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → find SeedAPI → Remove, and/or
• Disconnect the WABA from inside your Meta Business settings, then
• Email us at app@wetechnolabs.com to delete any remaining data we hold
