Dynasty Solar — a leading renewable energy and solar panel installation company — collaborated with Pranshtech to develop and integrate a learning management system into their existing portal for managing solar panel installation projects. They needed a virtual training system that helps new joiners and advisors learn about the company and the solar panel installation process.
The company wanted to ensure that apart from technology, they also needed to provide a platform for their advisors where they can learn the process and help homeowners seamlessly. Pranshtech’s role here was to build a learning management system that helped Dynasty Solar to implement and integrate a virtual training program to improve their business operations. Our team first sought clarity about their requirements and prepared a roadmap to commence the prototyping and wireframing for the project.

They wanted to develop and integrate a learning management system with their existing portal for managing and rewarding their hardworking solar professionals.
Dynasty Solar had established a system where ground-level agents join the team of senior advisors and directors for successful panel installation jobs. However, the majority of their new joining staff needed to be trained about the installation process, challenges they may face enroute, and how to effectively handle them. They needed a learning system where they can virtually train their agents and advisors about their process to help homeowners with successful installations.
These agents would only qualify after they take the test and score at least 80% or higher to commence their journey of helping the planet become less reliant on non-renewable resources. To overcome these challenges, they needed an expert team of developers with the necessary skills and experience to develop an efficient learning management system. They soon reached out to the team of Pranshtech to help them set the stones for their virtual training program.
Pranshtech team worked closely with Dynasty Solar’s stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points. Once we gained clarity, we formed a roadmap to commence the development and integration of a learning management system called Beast University.
Our focus was to design a user-friendly learning management system that helps Dynasty Solar to educate its partners to improve their installation jobs and increase their success rate. To achieve such a feat, we used a PHP-based Laravel framework to build the backend and used a Metronic theme along with JavaScript and jQuery to design the interactive frontend.
The resulting portal was named Beast University which helped Dynasty Solar to educate their advisors and agents to gain a deeper understanding by taking the courses. Furthermore, it offers functionality for users to add courses on various topics to help others learn and gain knowledge.
